General

This is a One Piece themed Secret Santa! Meaning, only One Piece characters are allowed!1) This Secret Santa event only accepts Fanfiction and Fan Art! AMVs, gifset/anime edits, manga edits/coloring, etc. will not be part of this exchange, sorry. :(2) Submit your own work! Do not claim other’s work! NO AI ALLOWED.3) No NSFW. This is an all ages event.

Contact

1) If you’re changing usernames/urls, PLEASE TELL US! We will be using them to contact/give your gift.2) Please keep your ask box, or DMs open and check your email frequently so we can contact you directly if there is a problem!3) Please contact us mods (hamstercheese7 on tumblr, buggyisbest on twitter) if you have to drop out as soon as possible so we can contact a backup Santa for your giftee.Once everyone is done and gets their gifts, we will make an announcement. If you have not received your gift, please contact us immediately!When you receive your giftee, please KEEP YOUR IDENTITY A SECRET AND DON’T RUIN THE FUN!NO DROPPING OUT AFTER THE CREATION PERIOD HAS BEGUN! If you decide to drop out, then sadly we will have to blacklist you for future events.Respect everyone and have fun!

Wishlist

In your application form, you’ll be able to write three different wishes your Santa can choose from. If you have something specific you want, please be detailed (ex. Nami and Lola talking about the boys in their life in a cafe. A plate of strawberry shortcake on Lola’s side and mocha cappuccino on Nami’s.)- At least one of the three wishes should include only canon characters!

Submitting Your Gift

1) Gifts MUST be posted between December 24th - December 31st!2) Post your gift, tag your giftee, and our account so we can retweet/reblog it! If your giftee is on a different social media platform than you (ie you are on Twitter but your giftee is on tumblr) SEND US A LINK TO YOUR GIFT.
If you’re working traditionally, please make sure you have a good scanner so you can upload in good quality.3) Make sure to tag #OPSecretSanta2025 as a tag in the first 5 tags so that your post can be found, and please tag respectfully!One more time, NO NSFW!

I Wanna Join, What Do I Do?

Fill out the application form.The password is: HappyOPHolidays2025On November 12th, you will receive an email from us. Once you have gotten your email, you can begin working on your gift!Make sure to fill in your current tumblr or twitter handle for your Secret Santa and us to find you! (Contact us ASAP if you changed urls!)Once again, if you drop out, please contact us ASAP as well so I can give the backup Santas time to create!Thanks for reading this whole thing!
